Able Noise, Alex and George’s experimental baritone guitar and drum duo, based between The Hague and Athens. Through the use of voices, tapes, and alternative methods of playing their instruments, they create a minimalist and visually striking performance that explores the acoustics of space, the roles of performer and audience, and the physicality of performing.

Space Siren, a seminal force in the Dutch independent music scene, sprouted from the flower bulb region close to Leiden. For over twenty years, Space Siren recorded and released inventive, dreamy, and noisy guitar music that inspired audiences and several generations of new bands. On their farewell tour, performing as a quintet, the band still celebrates music, camaraderie, and the harmonious blend of Fender guitars and an awful lot of effect pedals.

Efterklang, Since their debut in 2004, adventurous Danish trio Efterklang has continuously redefined their sound, drawing on elements of pop, indie rock, post-rock, and electronic music. Their concerts are known for their openness and sense of exploration, where intricate compositions unfold in an engaging and dynamic setting.

zZz, Bach, The Doors, zZz—a logical list, but only the last one inspires exuberant dancing. zZz is back with “Konnichiwa, Guten Tag, Money Money,” and that’s excellent news. The album is an album without pauses, “nur bangers,” as the Germans would say. You can take that even more literally, live.

Minji Kim, draws inspiration from her surroundings. In the case of PSAS, the waters of Leiden play a significant role. The live soundscape consists of recordings of the Leiden canals, and just as you never know what’s coming with water, her performance is also fluid. Minji Kim is part of the ACPA program.
